• Access to the virtual conference is personal and non-transferable. If you share your credentials and any non-registered participant enters the meeting using them, they will be banned.
• Conference staff will remove those who cannot be identified as conference participants.
• For security reasons, Zoom links will not be sent to the speakers. Access is provided exclusively through this website.

• All sessions are live-streamed via Zoom and will not be recorded.
• To attend or deliver a virtual presentation, please follow the instructions provided on this website.

• All the times in the programme are UTC+3 (Greece summer time).
• Zoom rooms open 20 minutes before the start of each conference day.

• Zoom passwords are avaibale on the online tool (valid only during the conference).
• Passwords apply to all the Zoom rooms and are updated regularly.

Any last-minute changes in the programme, such as cancellations, changes of room, etc., will be updated on the online programme. Please double-check before the conference.
